- All compounding technicians and supervisors complete annual compounding training developed by our quality team in addition to ACPE accredited courses.
- We collaborate with external experts to provide our employees with specialized training that enhances their skills and ensures compliance with industry standards.
- Each of our APIs are purchased from an FDA registered facility
- Each of our compounding labs and technicians follow USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines.
- We use a reputable third-party company to test and certify our USP 795, USP 797, and USP 800 labs.
- To ensure the safety and efficacy of our medications, we partner with a highly quality testing lab that shares our commitment to excellence. Their rigorous testing procedures, conducted in a accredited facility, mirror our own meticulous standards.
- All compounding technicians and supervisors complete annual compounding training developed by our quality team in addition to ACPE accredited courses.
- Offsite ACPE & PTCB accredited USP 797 courses are attended by all sterile compounding technicians and supervisors within one year of hire regardless of prior experience or training.
- Designated persons administer annual observations of all compounding technicians for dosage forms they compound for patients. This is in addition to the USP 797 testing requirements for sterile compounders and lab supervisors.

Meet Our Director of Pharmacy
Dr. Linda Hayes, PharmD, ABAAHP
Linda Hayes, PharmD, ABAAHP, started Pure Pharmacy to provide the highest quality compounds to patients. Throughout her experience as a compounding pharmacist and pharmacy manager, she enjoyed the "art" of compounding and watching patients heal from the inside out.
In 2020, Linda completed the advanced fellowship from The American Academy of Anti-Aging and Metabolic Medical Institute. She has gained extensive knowledge in the Endocrine, Cardiovascular, Neurological, and Gastrointestinal systems and Mitochondrial Restoration, Lyme's Disease, and Weight Loss.
Linda is passionate about finding the connections between symptoms, lab values, and genetics to promote whole-body wellness. She is integrating this clinical knowledge with the art of compounding medications to optimize each prescription to the patient's needs.
