Ryan Hayes is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Pure Pharmacy. He holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Management and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering, both from Michigan State University. Ryan is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt through the American Society for Quality.

Before joining Pure Pharmacy full-time, Ryan accumulated 24 years of experience in manufacturing outside of the Life Sciences sector, holding roles in supervision, management, and quality. His extensive background in operational leadership and process improvement has been invaluable in his current role.
